Job Title:

SAP Cloud Solutions Expert

This role supports sales teams throughout the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition sales cycle, focusing on customer-facing tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting detailed information about RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition services and value proposition to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Presents in-depth knowledge of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition services and solutions.
  2. Supports and organizes technical responses to RFP/RFI's, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  3. Creates customized blueprints for customer requirements regarding HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks, etc.
  4. Generates pricing and provides ongoing deal support to sales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  5. Serves as a technical discussion lead with customers on Private Cloud Edition topics, coordinating expert input from the Cloud Architecture & Advisory organization as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in customer communications and presentations is essential.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or computer science, business administration is required from an accredited university.
  • Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.) is crucial.
  • Good understanding of entire platform stacks (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.) is necessary.
  • Good understanding of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • English native speaker, any other language an asset.

Benefits:

  • 7-12 years of hands-on customer-facing SAP Technology Consulting and/or Presales experience.
  • Experience working for an enterprise software and/or services vendor is essential.
  • Experience with hosting providers and data centers is a BIG advantage; HANA/Suite on HANA skills would be very helpful, but not mandatory.
