**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Datasphere expert to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level data management and analytics solutions.

This position requires an individual with a strong background in technical expertise and domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere in multiple end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Architect & Integrate Solutions**: Design and integrate data pipelines and integrations within SAP Datasphere and associated SAP environments.
  • **Data Modeling & Pipelines**: Build logical and physical data models, replication flows, ETL processes, and task chains.
  • **Data Governance & Security**: Manage tenant setup, user roles, object- & row-level security, and metadata catalogs for compliance.
  • **API & Third-party Integration**: Connect SAP and non-SAP systems, develop APIs, and deliver datasets to BI platforms.
  • **Migration & Lifecycle Management**: Handle content and version control across development, test, and production systems using SAP BW Bridge.
  • **Performance Monitoring**: Optimize model and query performance, monitor data flows, and ensure reliability.
  • **Collaboration & Support**: Partner with functional teams (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain), mentor junior staff, and assist in pre-sales or requirements gathering.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • **Technical Expertise**: Strong technical skills and experience with SAP Datasphere.
  • **Domain Knowledge**: Familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, Sales).
  • **Soft Skills**: Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, along with the ability to work collaboratively in teams and agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • **Certifications**: Certifications in SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, or SAC are highly desirable.
  • **Additional Experience**: Experience with SAC scripting or predictive analytics is a plus.
