We are seeking an experienced software development engineer in test to join our team. As a SDET, you will be responsible for developing, automating, and executing unit and functional tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software products using C# and Python.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, automate, and execute unit and functional tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring robust and scalable backend services.
- Build, optimize, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs using industry-standard tools and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to identify test requirements and implement effective test strategies.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely feedback to improve product quality.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Deep expertise in C#, including software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
- Proven experience developing, automating, and executing unit and functional tests.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation and integration purposes.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, xUnit, or similar for C#; Pytest or others for Python.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), test lifecycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools and processes.
