Job Title: Project Manager for Infrastructure and Mobility

Job Summary

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for Infrastructure and Mobility to join its team. As a key member of our International Infrastructure & Mobility Division, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Lead and manage project teams, assigning tasks and motivating team members.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints, monitoring expenses and financial performance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, addressing issues that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure quality standards are met, implementing and enforcing quality control processes.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience managing projects, with a solid track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Engineering knowledge, with proficiency in engineering concepts and calculations.
- Proven experience in assembling and leading project teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
