AI Innovation Leader

We are seeking a Senior AI Innovator with expertise in designing and developing cutting-edge AI models.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, research requirements, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Optimize solutions through thorough research, experimentation, and advanced problem-solving techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and associated areas, integrating emerging methods into our processes.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of AI models, processes, and results.
  • Communicate complex concepts and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient coding skills in Python and SQL.
  • Deep understanding of prompt engineering, including refining and optimizing prompts to enhance the outcomes of Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of LangChain concepts such as agents, chains, memory, and tools.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms: AWS preferred/GCP/Azure.
  • API understanding and experience in large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
