Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive export sales and business development, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales in international markets, identifying and onboarding new distributors, agents, and clients globally, conducting research to identify new market opportunities, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, maintaining and growing relationships with international clients, addressing client inquiries, complaints, and providing post-sales support, overseeing export documentation, including invoices, LC, and certificates, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements, collaborating with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, coordinating with freight forwarders and shipping agents for smooth operations, providing regular sales reports and updates to management, and analyzing sales performance and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:
  • MBA/PGDM in International Business.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the foodservice or FMCG industry. Proven track record of driving export growth.
Key Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and INCOTERMS.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
