Job Description
  • Manage execution through the full account management life cycle, participate in kickoff meetings, client relationship management, and quarterly business planning.
  • Help strategize and improve account management teams' processes and operations.
  • Advise clients on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and how it impacts them.
  • Partner with our sales team on proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts.
  • Align clients' needs with our solutions to help them achieve their goals and uncover opportunities for long-term value.
  • Ensure timely deliveries of task calendars, reports, and so on.
  • Responsible for overall quality checks.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, and SLAs of your account and ensure specific details are understood by the wider team where relevant.
  • Conflict and Crisis management.
  • Billings and payments – Ensure timely billing to clients and timely payments to partners/vendors.
