Interior Projects Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead growth for our interior projects. This role combines design knowledge, client advisory, and business development.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner for clients, landlords, and corporates by guiding them through the journey of conceptualizing, budgeting, and executing interior projects while ensuring seamless delivery with our design and execution teams.
Main Responsibilities- Serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in office, workspaces, and other commercial interiors.
- Cross-sell interior services to existing clients.
- Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Present tailored solutions, packages, and proposals that align with client goals and timelines.
- Translate client requirements into actionable design briefs.
- Discuss layouts, materials, finishes, and space optimization ideas with confidence.
- Collaborate with the in-house team to prepare concept boards, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Elevate our brand's position in the market by showcasing expertise and delivering exceptional results.
