Job Role: Senior Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Interior Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the sales funnel, driving sales closure, and providing exceptional customer experience during projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation skills, and the ability to lead and deliver high-quality design deliverables. Additionally, they will possess strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales funnel and drive sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience during projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables, working closely with designers and project managers.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including creating Bills of Quantity (BoQ) and coordinating with internal and external agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma in interior design or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an interior designer, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
