Overview of the Role

The Internal IT Support Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our desktop environment and user experience.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can contribute to technology planning, educate staff on technology, and implement new methods or technologies.

  • Operational Management:
  • Ensure subordinate team members operate efficiently, sustain service level agreements, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with IT-related policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:
  • Provide direction and support to the service team, coach team members, identify and delegate areas of responsibility, select and assign staff, and evaluate team member performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on service experience.
  • CISA certification preferred.
  • Proven successful execution/completion of technology projects.
  • Experience with Windows 10 management technologies, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency with operating systems, networking, and personal computer hardware.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency with operating systems, networking, and personal computer hardware. Experience with Windows 10 management technologies, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Azure is also required.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, as well as demonstrated managerial and mentoring abilities.
