About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a People Systems Analyst. As a key member of our People Operations department, you will play a vital role in supporting business change and process improvement across the organization.

As a People Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR systems, including Sage People. This will involve data integrity, workflow processes, auditing, and issue resolution. You will also act as first-line support for People Systems queries, providing timely and effective assistance to employees and stakeholders.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our People Operations and functional leaders to resolve issues, maintain systems, and deliver real-time People analytics. Your proactive approach and can-do attitude will enable you to make a significant impact in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining Sage People HR system, ensuring data integrity and workflow processes are optimized
  • Providing first-line support for People Systems queries, including triaging helpdesk tickets and resolving issues
  • Developing and implementing workflows that align with business policies and support the entire employee lifecycle
  • Conducting end-to-end testing of new functionalities across Core HRIS, Talent, Performance, Integrations, Pay Flow, Benefits, and LMS
  • Providing system configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day end-user support, acting as the primary contact for Sage People queries
  • Producing and interpreting reports and dashboards for people analytics, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable, accurate HR data
  • Performing regular audits, system updates, and ensuring compliance with data policies such as GDPR
  • Delivering training and documentation to users on system functionality and self-service processes
  • Working collaboratively with People, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to identify gaps, implement improvements, and support system developments
  • Supporting strategic HR initiatives through the system, providing technical expertise and data insights

You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively. A proven track record of experience with Sage People is essential, as well as strong data management and reporting skills. Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills are also required.
