Job Title: Finance Executive - Payroll Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Executive to join our team in the Payroll department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing and accounting in Tally, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing & Accounting: Manage payroll processing and accounting functions in Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Payments Processing: Process payments to employees in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Book Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure all payroll-related documents are properly maintained and stored.
  • Liaison with Stakeholders: Provide support and assistance to management, employees, and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll processing and accounting.
  • Proficiency in Tally software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
