Job Description

Job Title: Finance Executive

Experience: 24 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Salary:Up to 35,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing statutory compliance, payroll processing, and day-to-day accounting operations. Proficiency in Tally or Zoho Books is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage statutory compliance requirements including GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESI.
- Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring timely disbursement and compliance with statutory deductions.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders for filings and assessments.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow statements.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 24 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally or Zoho Books (hands-on experience mandatory).
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, and other compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and AP/AR management.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Compensation:

- Maximum CTC: 35,000 per month (based on skills and experience).

NOTE: This is a 100% WFO opportunity. No Hybrid/remote options. Candidates should attend personal interview (F2F) at ToggleNow Hyderabad office.

Experience in Software/IT companies is preferred.
