We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Finance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

As an Oracle Finance Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and map them to Oracle EBS. This role requires collaboration with the technical architect to identify solutions for any gaps in existing systems.

  • Conduct detailed requirement studies and prepare process documents for client sign-off.
  • Map client requirements to application processes within Oracle EBS.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including conference room pilot, unit, and integration testing.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedure manuals for efficient workflow management.
  • Test customizations, interfaces, and reports within Oracle EBS.
  • Assist users in User Acceptance Testing and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Set up production instances and assist developers with data migration.
  • Provide ongoing support post-live deployment.
Qualifications and Technical Skills
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in finance.
  • Experience with Oracle Finance modules.
  • Familiarity with Oracle R12, GL/AP/AR, FA, India GST, and EBTAX is desired.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience with migrations.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders in the US/Europe.
