Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Must have demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver technical training programs utilizing skills in instructional design and assessment, program design & development, and training methodologies.
  • Strong technology, design, and coding foundation in internet and mobile technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder satisfaction assessments through surveys, identify areas of concern, and formulate action plans to grow and achieve training objectives.
  • Continuous learning and adoption of Tagit's technical products, coupled with passion to keep up with emerging technologies in the industry.
  • Working in a fast-paced, often unstructured environment, handling ambiguity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Technical Mentoring/Training, including leading a team of trainers, interactive video makers, and technical content writers.
  • University degree BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in computer education from a reputed university.
  • Good working experience in Mobile and Java server-side technology stack, including Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, etc., and Cloud Technologies, including AWS, Kubernettes, Dockers, etc.
  • Understanding of low-code development platforms is desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Self-driven and passionate individual.
  • Willing to travel.

Salary Information

We offer an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 based on location and experience.
