Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Global Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategy for Autonomous Networks, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.
  • Champion Innovation: Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Represent Business Globally: Represent in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
  • Build High-Performing Teams: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement transformative solutions at scale.
