Senior Trading Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Trading Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our trading infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of high-performance trading systems.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our trading platforms, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, operations, and risk management, to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of low-latency and high-throughput trading systems using C++ and C#.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to guarantee platform stability and performance.
  • Incorporate third-party APIs (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol) with internal systems to enhance trading capabilities.
  • Migrate existing codebases to improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting tools to ensure prompt issue detection and resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in trading systems development, maintenance, or operations.
  • Expertise in C++, C#, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with third-party API integration, particularly market data feeds and FIX protocol.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy complex trading systems.
  • Strong understanding of low-latency and high-throughput system design principles.
