Job Title: Experienced Data Warehouse Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Application Lead with strong expertise in Snowflake data warehousing to lead the design, development, and configuration of applications. This role requires balancing hands-on technical proficiency with team management skills to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Lead, guide, and manage the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Drive decision-making within the team and across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align application development with organizational objectives.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex technical and project-related challenges.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team expertise.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and influence key technology decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
    • Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
    • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
    • Proficiency in SQL and advanced data querying techniques.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Exposure to modern data integration tools and cloud platforms.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

Candidate must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
