Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Supplier Quality expert to play a pivotal role in our internal and external engineering change management process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support internal and external engineering change management, participating in Critical Functional Teams as required.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on defective parts and critical quality issues, including Escape, Commercial Hold, and Product Field Action.
  • Manage production cycles and new product launches, applying sound problem-solving methodologies such as 5Why, DMAIC, 8D, and C&E.
  • Promote the use of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control, and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
