About the Role: At Tanla Platforms Limited, we're seeking a skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to oversee the availability, scalability, and reliability of our platform and applications. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring optimal system uptime and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform and Application Management: Develop and maintain high-scale deployments, monitor systems and applications, and lead incident response efforts to diagnose root causes and implement long-term solutions.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient platform integration, API management, and campaign execution, while providing technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Utilize your expertise to investigate and resolve incidents quickly during crisis situations, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Monitoring and Automation: Experience in using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Dynatrace to monitor and automate system performance.
  • Container Management and Micro-Services: Knowledge of Docker and container management in cloud or on-premises infrastructure.
  • Programming Skills: Experience in creating and managing Bash scripts, Ansible, and Terraform.
