We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. As part of the regional service team in Chennai, this role will involve providing end-to-end technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide comprehensive technical assistance to customers, including machine installation, troubleshooting, and spare parts support.
  • Preventive and Corrective Actions: Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for machine issues, ensuring these actions are applied globally.
  • On-site Services: Handle the installation and servicing of all machines in the assigned region, conducting mold trials and assembling machines as required.
  • Training and Reporting: Provide training to customers on machine operations and troubleshooting, preparing and submitting service reports for each machine.
  • Part and Data Management: Submit field-returned parts to the factory for analysis and warranty cost recovery, releasing flash for parts failure and maintaining software backups.
  • Business Development: Generate spare parts business and develop recommendations for customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: A full-time diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Plastics, or Mechatronics is required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to provide end-to-end support for machine installation and troubleshooting.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong skills in developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions for machine problems.
  • Customer-Facing: Excellent communication and training skills to provide support and instruction to customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records, including service reports, software backups, and Bills of Material.
