Software Development Role

This position involves conceiving and developing innovative solutions for complex marine automation systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing methodologies for marine automation systems.
  • Promoting the development of new products using cutting-edge technology.
  • Delivering software products based on high-level specifications within agreed project plans and milestones.
  • Validating and testing software before release to ensure overall system integrity and reliability.
  • Supporting existing software products.
  • Creating specification documentation and user manuals.
Key Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
  • Necessary skills in LINUX Embedded Development.
  • Experience in C, Windows application development using Visual Studio, TCP UDP Networking, Data encryption techniques, Direct X Open GL, Google protocol buffers.
  • Background in Integrated platform management systems, VME platform development, marine automation software systems.
  • Familiarity with serial interfaces, RS232 485 422, protocols such as ModBus, NMEA, CanBus.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for team projects and deliverables.
