Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced LLM trainer with a strong background in technical or analytical fields. You will be responsible for modeling real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs and simulating realistic dialogues that reflect user expectations and assistant limitations.

You will work closely with our team to develop creative and realistic scenarios and responses, ensuring excellent written communication skills in English with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills and the ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.
  • Native or professional proficiency in French Language is required.
