At Vistra, we're on a mission to simplify global business and help our clients achieve progress without friction. As a Senior Technical Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving our Fund Services Technology - Real Estate development projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Fund Services backlog, collaborating closely with Yardi, quality assurance engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Review and oversee Requirement Gathering/scoping documents prepared by Business Analysts.
  • Design and create key operational Yardi Voyager modules, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Yardi Voyager support team and Business on issues related to data or bug fixes.
  • Assist with data extraction, import, and reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial and non-financial data.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Act as a subject matter expert resource for global real estate projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of Yardi Voyager system experience.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, coding, and user interface creation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Yardi report development and report types (scripted, YSL, YSR, SSRS, Custom Analytics).
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager schema.
  • Experience with data-extraction and client onboarding processes related to Yardi, including ETL tools for accounting data migration.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
  • Experience with documenting and tracking stored procedures/code in tools like Jithub.
  • Proven track-record of successful delivery of critical projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Significant experience in Stakeholder Management, Program Delivery, and Functional Specification.
  • Good communicator at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
