Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for resolving client issues efficiently, educating clients on products and services, and maintaining a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and engaging support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions.
- Develop or improve internal systems knowledge to enhance customer service.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- A high secondary diploma or equivalent with 3 years' experience in a related field; OR any stream graduate degree with 1 year of experience.
- Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other Internet-based tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Unerring attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple communication channels.
- Professional demeanor with ownership of every client interaction.
- Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
