
Account Development Executive

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
- Responsibilities:
- Franchise Partner Management: Foster a collaborative environment by providing regular communication, addressing issues promptly, and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Business Growth: Work closely with franchise partners to increase revenue, enhance customer retention, and expand membership sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including membership sales, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and partner engagement.
- Partner Support: Offer continuous guidance and support to ensure franchise partners have the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders.
