About the Role

Strand Life Sciences is seeking Sales Professionals for various locations across India. The roles will report into the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market plan for the region to achieve assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Molecular Diagnostics Industry, a good understanding of the genetic testing landscape, and academic degree in Science, particularly Biotechnology, would be a plus.

The successful candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language; fluency in local language is preferable.

This role involves driving optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline, deliver on fulfillment targets, and nurturing relationships with senior clinicians and other key opinion leaders (KOL) in core areas.

The selected candidate will establish MOUs and grow business engagement with key healthcare customers by understanding customer challenges and delivering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in the assigned geographical region
  • Determine market potential for the region, prioritize portfolio opportunities, and develop and execute the go-to-market plan
  • Drive optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline; deliver on fulfillment targets
  • Nurture relationships with professional society stakeholders within the geographical area
  • Plan and conduct regional and local marketing events, including roundtables and client-site functions, in collaboration with the Marketing team
