Job Description:

The Project Manager plays a critical role in the management and enhancement of core technology products.

This individual will be responsible for coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information;
  • Break projects into doable actions and set time frames;
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives;
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management;
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise;
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants;
  • Work with the team to eliminate blockers;
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports;
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget;
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Report and escalate to management as needed;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role;
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans;
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management;
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills;
  • Proven leadership skills;
  • Expertise in conflict resolution;
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability;
  • Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to JIRA, MS Excel, etc.;
  • Expert in Agile and Scrum methodologies;
  • Able to review and define coding structure (if needed).
