Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business acumen, with the ability to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations for business improvement.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and other data systems to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio, to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new approaches and tools to improve business intelligence capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of database management systems, data modeling, and data warehousing.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
