Lead Data Architect

This is an exciting opportunity to take your data strategy skills to the next level and lead a team of experts in designing and implementing complex technology solutions.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Architect who can develop and articulate a clear and concise data strategy aligned with our overall business strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating the data strategy effectively to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring buy-in and alignment. They will also establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

  • Develop and implement data quality frameworks and processes
  • Oversee data management activities, including data acquisition, integration, transformation, and storage
  • Work closely with technical architects, product and business subject matter experts (SMEs), back-end developers, and other solution architects
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Fact-driven and analytically-minded with excellent attention to details
  • Hands-on experience with data engineering tasks such as building analytical data records and experience manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data
  • Relevant work experience of minimum 12 to 14 years in a big 4 or technology/consulting set up
