Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing performance review processes and working with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organizing training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintaining HR records and reports in compliance with audit and data privacy standards.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
