Health Economics & Outcomes Research Associate

As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in advancing the field of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). Your expertise will be instrumental in informing business strategy and operations through analytical guidance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills, with experience in SAS, SQL, and R programming. A Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, or a related field is required. Additionally, 2 years of hands-on experience in observational data studies is necessary.

We are seeking a talented individual who can effectively communicate complex research findings to both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and implement the latest methodologies and analytical techniques will be invaluable to our organization.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing consultation on internal RWE databases studies/analyses, including objectives, study design, data source identification, protocol development, statistical analysis, and interpretation.
  • Executing RWE studies/analyses by SAS based on claim database, EMR database, registry data, and public used files.
  • Generating high-quality, readily interpretable deliverables, such as data tables, graphs, charts, and study reports.
  • Developing mock table shells, preparing specifications, and ensuring quality control on analyses conducted by junior programmers.
  • Effectively managing and tracking all studies/analyses to ensure timelines are met and all stakeholders are aware of project status.
  • Communicating research findings internally and externally, as appropriate, through congresses, publications, and other channels.
