Job Title

We are seeking an exceptional IT professional to lead and manage our company's technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure smooth operation of desktop computing resources.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of systems, and to maintain compliance with relevant industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, and maintain documentation and procedures for audits.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, within budget and on schedule.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced experience managing and troubleshooting VM environments, with expertise in hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across a range of systems and platforms.
  • Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity, including management of IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management, including group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.
  • Excellent in network administration, including configuring routers, switches, firewalls (specifically Palo Alto), and VPNs.
  • Experienced with server management, including installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Ubuntu servers.
  • Familiar with AI/ML configurations (ex: CUDA) to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Understanding and familiarity with GPU / HPC servers.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including threat analysis, risk assessment, incident response, and security monitoring.
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services such as Azure AD, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, with a track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Master of Computer Applications.
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3-4 years of experience leading/managing an IT team/projects.
