Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Tax team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transaction structuring assignments, evaluating alternative options and developing solutions.
  • Project manage cross-functional teams to provide holistic tax solutions for transactions.
  • Manage tax due diligence from buy-side or sale-side support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work on Income Tax Rule Valuations as required.
  • Finalize client deliverables in consultation with the reporting supervisor.
  • Manage overall tax compliances for a portfolio of clients, handling advisory, litigation, and business tax requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered accountant qualification.
  • Experience in M&A Tax advisory services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of income tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
