Senior Dynamics Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of D365 F&O solutions using X++.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • A strong background in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365 is also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++.
  2. Develop and enhance Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
  3. Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  4. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  5. Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  6. Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  7. Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  8. Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  9. Evaluate all customizations against best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Extensive experience with X++ development in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customizations and enhancements.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as:
      - Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets)
      - Supply Chain (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Product Information Management)
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
