Job Summary
At Goldman Sachs, we are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our Asset & Wealth Management Operations team in Bengaluru. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting Quality Assurance (QA) checks on client data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of client data, including KYC operations, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Verify client data, including ownership unwrapping and related parties, to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy requirements.
- Identify and highlight policy and procedural requirements, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with Compliance, PWM CIM Operations, and PWM Management to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and policy updates, and incorporate changes into the QA review process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in KYC/AML/CDD - QA/QC/Client Onboarding/Periodic review in other banks/KPO's.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a risk-focused mindset.
- Ability to interpret and understand end-to-end KYC/CDD policy, procedure requirements, and terminologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
