Job Title: Real Estate Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of real estate projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and timelines, preparing comprehensive and timely status reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Data Management and Documentation: Maintain thorough and organized project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, technical specifications, financial records, and compliance documents.
  • Coordination and Communication: Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather accurate and up-to-date project information, scheduling and coordinating project review meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate construction.
  • Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
