Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled digital marketing specialist to manage and optimize full-funnel campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Your goal will be to build and scale high-performing ad strategies that drive real results.

About the Role:

As a digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for managing large monthly ad budgets on Facebook and Instagram. You will work closely with our team to build and scale full-funnel campaigns using data-driven strategies. Your focus will be on analyzing campaign performance, testing ad creatives, and optimizing spend to maximize ROI.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize £100,000+ ad spend each month on Facebook and Instagram
  • Build and scale full-funnel campaigns using data-driven strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance using spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Test and create effective ad creatives that drive conversions
  • Write compelling ad copy and produce daily reports

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Highly analytical with excellent maths skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance and trends
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS
  • At least 1-2 years' experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record
  • Initiative, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset
