Property Insights and Analytics Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader in property insights and analytics to contribute to the development of innovative solutions that shape the future of property ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
  • Identify and execute process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Build and manage infrastructure for data extraction, transformation and loading from various sources
  • Develop analytics tools utilizing the data pipeline to provide actionable insights on customer acquisition and operational efficiency
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff through training sessions and project reviews
  • Offer operational support on complex issues to diagnose and resolve incidents in production data pipelines

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience in software engineering discipline
  • 8-10 years experience in a software development environment with strong analytical skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with diverse coding approaches, profiling and visualization
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience designing and implementing large-scale event-driven architectures
  • Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling techniques
