Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operations, finance, and client relations to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing portfolio operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Reporting

  1. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all clients of our Portfolio Management Service (PMS).
  2. Create compelling and informative PowerPoint presentations for client meetings.
  3. Provide clients with Net Asset Value (NAV), portfolio reports, and other requested documents through our platform.
  4. Handle all aspects of client accounts, including openings, closures, fund transfers, and share transfers.
  5. Maintain detailed client files and paperwork with utmost accuracy.

Investor/Client Relations

  1. Foster strong relationships with our investors and clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Act as a primary point of contact for client communications.

Trade Execution and Allocation

  1. Prepare and organize files for trade execution and allocation, ensuring precise calculations and documentation.
  2. Execute trades on platforms like Zerodha, Upstox with precision and accuracy.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong mathematical and analytical skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle a high level of paperwork and data management with precision are also essential.
