Seeking Mobile App Quality Assurance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our mobile application testing efforts. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, ensuring efficient workflows and effective collaboration.
- Perform mobile application testing (Android & iOS) with expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.
- Set up and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for:
- Actively participating in bug triage and effectively defending bugs with developers when issues are valid.
- Collaborating with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Preparing test plans, test cases, and QA reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality releases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
- Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).
- Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.

- Experience managing a team of 5-8 QA engineers, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and proactive leadership skills.
