Job Title: IT Applications Manager

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee the seamless operation of academic, administrative and enterprise IT applications at our institution. This includes managing key systems such as Salesforce CRM & Admissions, Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS), Library Management System, Financial ERP, HRMS and other mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple IT systems to ensure seamless operation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for IT operations
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure data security and integrity across all systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing IT systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
