Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to conceptualize and create engaging visual assets that bring our brand to life.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative designs for digital ads, social media graphics, videos, packaging, and website design that align with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

You will work closely with our marketing and performance teams to develop creative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you must stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our design strategies innovative and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Create engaging visual assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, videos, packaging, and website design.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to develop creative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Continuous Learning:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the brand's design strategies innovative and competitive.

Mentorship:

Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing.

Technical Skills:

Understanding in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator for social creative like Reels, GIFs.

Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.

Education:

No specific degree required but a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
