Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PAM Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Enhancement, administration, and support of Privileged Access Management solutions to secure and manage privileged accounts across the enterprise.

The PAM Specialist will play a critical role in Enhancing and maintaining Privileged Access Management solutions across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud). They will Manage privileged access policies, role-based access controls, and session monitoring. Additionally, they will Integrate Privileged Access Management solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and maintain Privileged Access Management solutions across hybrid environments.
  • Manage privileged access policies, role-based access controls, and session monitoring.
  • Integrate Privileged Access Management solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity providers.
  • Implement least privilege access and secure remote access for internal and third-party users.
  • Monitor and audit privileged sessions, generate reports, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Privileged Access Management infrastructure and integrations.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, and compliance teams to align Privileged Access Management strategies with organizational security goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Privileged Access Management, with at least 2 years hands-on with legacy and Delinea.
  • Strong understanding of Privilege access management (PAM) principles.
  • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Delinea Certified PAM Professional, Centrify) are good to have.
