Training Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs for employees across various levels.

This role involves facilitating and delivering training sessions, supervising progress, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various training methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.
  • Developing and implementing training materials, working closely with managers and employees to identify and assess training needs.
  • Liaising with managers to determine training requirements and developing strategies to meet those needs.
  • Conducting seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to promote employee development.
  • Monitoring employee competence and identifying areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

The role also requires good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and comply with work standards, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Good understanding of various training methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
