Job Role:

Senior Full Stack Backend Developer – AWS Architect + DB Engineering

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and AWS services.
  • Build RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications.
  • Lead infrastructure decisions on AWS (Lambda, ECS, Cognito, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS).
  • Optimize relational and NoSQL databases for performance, indexing, and data integrity.
  • Integrate AI tools into the backend for automation workflows.
  • Integrate payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal.
  • Write clean, modular code following modern engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to deliver features aligned with product goals.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in Node.js, Express/NestJS.
  • Proficient in TypeScript, REST API standards, WebSockets, microservices.
  • Expert knowledge of AWS services: Cognito, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudWatch.
  • Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of networking, authentication flows, cloud security best practices.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL solutions like DynamoDB.
  • Ability to design normalized schemas, manage migrations, write optimized queries.
  • Familiarity with time-series data, analytics DBs is a plus.
  • Integration with AI APIs for rapid prototyping and efficiency.
  • Use of AI tools for automation, rapid prototyping, and performance tuning.
