Job Description:
You will work closely with our valued customers to address their complex post-sales concerns. This requires in-depth evaluation of various factors, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
As a technical support specialist, you will provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers. You will also manage support cases, ensure issues are recorded and tracked, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
In addition to providing technical assistance, you will also participate in training sessions for frontline teams, lead case swarming, and contribute to the creation of technical documentation. Your quick thinking and problem-solving skills will enable you to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and partners
- Handle escalations from the front line and Tier 2 technical support teams
- Configure and troubleshoot systems to resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- More than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience
- Expertise in Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and Authentication Protocols
- Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
