Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team. As Director of Software Engineering, you will work on cutting-edge Generative AI technology projects to solve complex business problems across the company.

This role requires strong technical leadership in architecture, engineering, and data strategy while establishing best practices for programs. You will design, develop, and implement software solutions using Generative AI, AI/ML technologies.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using AI, Machine Learning, and/or Reinforcement Learning. You must ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and high-performing software systems.

Maintain, recommend, and improve existing software applications using AI and/or Automation. Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI and integrate them into projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of Professional IT experience in software engineering and engineering leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of software engineering/development experience with one or more of the following languages: Python, Golang, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies and enabling Automation within development teams.
  • Knowledge and understanding of diverse platforms and operating systems, including current and emerging technologies using cloud (Azure, GCP, and/or AWS).
