Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Expert to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to optimize profitability and minimize risk
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Key Responsibilities
  1. Day-to-day accounting and general ledger analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  2. Preparation of financial statements, accounting, and tax processes, leveraging your expertise in financial management and analysis
  3. Reporting to controlling entities outside India, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in any industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, and client handling skills
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders and managing cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience in financials preparation, monthly books closure, and review activities
  • Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Office, with proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft tools
