Job Title: Reporting and Analytics Expert

Vitelco seeks a highly skilled Reporting Analyst to join its team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and campaign performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Analysing data from various sources to prepare comprehensive reports and critical insight reports related to campaigns and customer lifecycle activities and performances.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and publishing performance summaries to stakeholders.
  • Measuring campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth for both postpaid and prepaid segments.
  • Using data analytics to understand customer segments, behaviours, and preferences, and providing recommendations to improve customer experience and develop campaign strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably related to the customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries. Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and have a strong understanding of campaign metrics, customer lifecycle management, and campaign performance concepts. Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains is also preferred.
